~ a 50% deposit payment will be paid upfront before any project begins. A delay in this payment will result in a delayed start date, and project deadlines may need to be pushed back. 

~ the remaining 50% balance payment will be paid after final approval, but before any files, media or login information is provided to you. 

~ Percival Creative has the right to use any media files from your project for marketing purposes such as portfolio imagery, blog posts, or social media content. 

~ All website design projects will feature 'web design by Percival Creative' within the footer.
